At Poncho Power, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

• Eligibility for Returns: We offer returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable due to hygiene or other safety reasons, including but not limited to undergarments, swimwear, and custom or personalized apparel.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us at ponchopowerapparel@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable.
3. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was sent incorrectly.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
• Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

• If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the replacement item.
• Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ponchopowerapparel@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item or incorrect product. We will offer you a replacement or a full refund based on your preference.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you are returning an item, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
